Elite Training Company Limited is a leading provider of specialized training, research, consultations, and professional development services in Uganda. Founded with a mission to bridge the gap between education and industry, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations with the skills, knowledge, and expertise required to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. Introduction
Founded in 2014, Elite Training Company Limited began with a focus on training individuals in public speaking. Officially incorporated in Uganda on January 30, 2015, the company quickly expanded its offerings to meet the evolving needs of professionals, students, and organizations. Today, Elite Training is a recognized leader in research, training, and consultations, with a mission to drive growth and development through education, skills enhancement, and innovation.
Our Journey
From 2015 to 2016, Elite Training focused on delivering public speaking programs to individuals and organizations in Kampala. By 2016, we expanded our operations to Kasese District, where we specialized in agricultural training. Notably, we organized field trips for students to the Mubuku Irrigation Scheme and conducted hands-on training on irrigation farming. During this period, we also worked with farmers in Mbarara, providing garlic seeds and training to reduce dependency on imported produce.
Our work was temporarily halted during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2021). However, in 2022, we resumed operations and rebranded with a new theme: Promoting Research, Training, and Consultations. Since then, we have seen steady growth, serving over 100 individuals by 2024 and re-establishing ourselves in Kampala.
Annual Internship Program
In June 2024, we launched our Annual Internship Program, a cornerstone initiative that attracted students from seven universities in Uganda, alongside participants from South Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Congo, and beyond. This program aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical experience, ensuring students are equipped for the workforce.

Elite Training Company Limited Organizational Structure
1. Board of Directors (BOD)
Chairperson: The principal shareholder, also regarded as the company owner. Oversees the Board’s activities, sets strategic direction, and ensures effective governance.
Vice Chairperson: Appointed by the Chairperson. Assists the Chairperson and steps in during their absence.
Directors: Elected by shareholders during the AGM or automatically if they own 5% or more shares.
